There are a variety of things that come to mind when we consider overall wellness.
And it may vary from person to person.
But when we look at all of the areas of our lives that bring joy and peace – and also stress – we must broaden our outlook beyond just the physical aspect of wellness (fitness and nutrition).
Physical – includes exercise, movement, nutrition, sleep
Intellectual/Mental – increase understanding, improve skills, open to new ideas and continually challenge yourself.
Environmental – living in an environment that promotes good health and well-being
Spiritual – our values, faith, how we foster relationships, and the meaning and purpose of our lives.
Emotional – ability to handle life’s stresses, adapt to change, cope with difficult times and create satisfying experiences.
Social – feeling of connection, support and belonging in a community
Financial – satisfaction, independence and peace with current and future financial situations.
Occupational – satisfaction and enrichment from work.
This simple self-assessment will help you evaluate your current state in each aspect and determine areas you may be thriving in and those that may need greater attention (some areas you may not have even considered before!).

I’m so glad you found my website!
I’m Celia Au, a Certified Holistic Health Coach who is determined to put you on a path to feeling energized, light, and completely healthy! After ending a long term relationship, I found myself 20 pounds overweight. Not only was I unhappy with how I looked, I hated how I felt – tired, bloated, and craved sugar all the time. I didn’t even have the energy to exercise!
It was time to make a change, and I realized that most of my diet was filled with CRAP, all of the refined, artificial, and processed stuff that I had in my body was really starting to take its toll. Even when I tried to eat healthy, I’d read a label and be even more confused. It was information overwhelm. The fact is, all the energy drinks, “health bars” and diet/supplements in the world won’t make anywhere near the difference that going green will.
