I used to feel so crummy until I had my sugar fix, my energy levels were all over the place and all I wanted was to feel in control.
I have always had a sweet tooth. Anything from ice cream to fancy french pastries. I would start my day with a double double coffee and a carrot muffin, but by 10am I was crashing, my energy was low and it wasn’t even lunch time yet. I was also battling a headache, sometimes lasting for weeks. I hated the brain fog and low energy I felt daily. When I started taking my health and lifestyle choices more seriously and removing sugar and processed foods, that’s when things really started to shift. Ditching the sugar made a world of difference in so many other areas of my life.
I know that you can overcome your addiction to sugar just like I did. You can feel calm and confident when you look in the mirror.
