Use These Simple Tips To Improve Personal Growth in Under 5 Minutes

One of the best things about being a human is our ability to learn and grow our minds. We learn new things and grow in different ways during every chapter of our lives. 

The potential that we carry is infinite. How amazing is that? But personal growth and development often require conscious consideration.

And, unfortunately, the time that we take to think about our own growth often falls by the wayside. 

Big things happen when you fill your schedule with meaning and purpose. 

Relationships grow. Your health improves. And your life becomes fuller and happier.

Step 1: Make a quick list of the top 3-5 things that are important to you in this life.

For example, mine are family/faith/career/philanthropy.

Step 2: Once you are clear on the important things in life, ask yourself: does how I spend my time, energy, money, resources, etc reflect my priorities?

Step 3: Set a designated time aside to grow in each of these important areas of your life.

Consciously choosing to focus on the important things ensures your day doesn’t get filled with less important to-dos.
